To showcase all six of Cal Poly’s Learning Communities within University Housing for the Open House weekend, I created this eight page brochure that was mailed out to prospective students.

The challenge of this project was to design a brochure that is appealing and fun, but complies with Cal Poly’s marketing standards. A few things that I did to achieve this were altering the ascenders and descenders of the Palatino typeface for the title to make it more playful and by incorporating some graphic elements that I created in Adobe Illustrator.
